If you bought a downloadable Unified Charts package within the last 2 years , we are able to help you move the installation from one Windows machine to a new one. This could be useful if you break or lose a machine, or you have to upgrade it to Windows 11, etc.
We need all the info in the contact form below. The original installation will be disabled, and we will give you a new unlock code to enable an installation of the same chartset on a new Windows machine.
Conditions:
- You purchased it within the last 2 years
- You have the receipt with the 2 original Windows unlocks
- You have still the same email address as used in the original purchase
- You know WHICH one of the 2 codes you want to transfer
- Windows Unified Chart installs only (not the Android installs)
The fee is £10 and we invoice you once we've looked at the request. Allow 7 days for response.
