Extra Android chart licences for marine navigation: protect all your devices

⚠️ LINK AND PRICE CHECK: Equip your vessel with flexible Android chart licensing designed for modern sailors using multiple phones and tablets.

Many sailors now use several Android devices for chart plotting: for example, a phone in the cockpit, a tablet at the chart table, plus backup devices and a tablet at home for passage planning. It is also well understood that mobile devices have a shorter service life than laptops or PCs and are replaced more frequently.

To support those who want a fully equipped and resilient setup, we now offer an optional add-on providing three additional unlock codes/licences.

This is entirely optional and only for those who need the extra flexibility.

With this option you receive a total of five unlock codes:

  • Four for active installations

  • One as a spare or backup

All installations continue to receive free updates in subsequent years, and as usual, all activations must be used within 24 months of the original purchase.

The cost is a flat £10 at the time of purchase, regardless of the chart set selected. If you are eligible for the 20% member discount, this reduces the price to £8.

This offer applies only to:

“Android Charts for Marine Navigator”
See details: [LINK TO These are the 2025 auto-activate "Marine Navigator" Android chartsets you are downloading:]

It does not apply to:

  • Unified Charts

  • Cross Platform Charts for qtVlm

These products are designed for full-sized PCs and are not mobile-only solutions.

How it works

When purchasing, you will see the add-on option in your shopping cart. Simply tick the box to include it.

Your initial sales email will contain the standard two unlock codes so you can begin installing your charts immediately.

The additional three unlock codes will be sent separately by email, usually within three days. (This process will be automated in the future.)

This option provides a practical, cost-effective way to support multiple onboard and backup devices, helping ensure continuity of navigation wherever you sail.
