Every yachtie will recognise this pass time; Dylan wanders around the boatyard at Maldon, watches on as a long keel boat is dropped into the creek and then has a look at what is up on the hard. He digs around and finds some wooden derelicts at the back of the yard in sad need of some TLC. You can almost see his mind ticking over and then firmly rejecting the idea of getting one to “do up” himself.
