This sailing video is a mix of clips taken over a period of time at Brightlingsea. We follow the Slug up into Pyefleet Creek and spend a gentle evening watching other boats coming to anchor (with tripping lines!). In the morning we explore the Colne opposite Pyefleet Creek and Dylan shows us the activities at Brightlingsea front. Motor boats come in for their usual castigation whilst we rejoice in the return of the working seamen, there to service the off shore windfarm. Brightlingsea’s Waterside Marina and its associated “top end” development of waterfront apartments is discussed with one of its present occupants who rents his, along with many other of the workmen employed in building the wind farm. “Ok to rent but you wouldn’t buy one” is his verdict on the build quality of the incomplete flats
